Angelina and Toby are getting married at Keystone June 14, 2014 in a mountain top ceremony. Their love of Summit County, winter and the fact that they were engaged in Breckenridge lead to doing winter engagement photos in this cool mountain town.
We met up at The Gold Pan Saloon on a beautiful snowy afternoon and headed out to play around in the snow along Main Street before wandering into The Absinthe Bar at the Haven to warm-up. Perhaps the highlight was doing an evening photo session at the Ice Castles.
We had so much fun, I can’t wait for their wedding!
Caroline and Chris were married Dec. 28, 2013 at St. Francis of Assisi in Castle Rock, Colorado followed by a reception at Spruce Mountain Ranch.
This was one of the funnest weddings of 2013! Take a group of special needs school teachers, a bunch of rock mining engineers, lots of sisters, brothers, cousins and a snow storm and you get a great selection of wedding pictures.
It was a pleasure working with wedding planner, Hope Schalck, The Wedding Studio. She and Chris, the groom, worked out the wedding day time-line so smooth that there was plenty of time to relax and let real moments happen from start to finish.
Thank you Caroline & Chris for choosing me to photograph your wedding! Good luck with your move to Montana!
I recently placed in the Wedding Photojournalist Association. Competing with the many of the top wedding photojournalist from around the world makes for tough competition but I love it win or lose! The judges comments were particularly rewarding. Cheers to all the winners and losers, Kent
Happy New Year!
Here is one picture from each Wedding or Wedding event I photographed during the year 2013.
